Our large university has a well-established regulation for academic integrity sanctions and appeals processes. However, the prose is dense, and few faculty, staff, or students want to read all 17 pages, even when they are affected. We found great success in a switch to a visual flowchart, colored by audience, to render the process comprehensible to all.
