Abstract

Legislation that creates a Declaratory Judgment Panel of the Student Government Supreme Court. The panel is designed to offer conclusive and legally binding opinions with regard to clarification of Student Government statutes. Declaratory judgments are not intended to mandate actions or provide interpretations or opinions regarding general operational circumstances or specific controversies.
