This collection includes agendas and meeting minutes for the Library Leadership Team. Composed of the Dean of the Poynter Library, members of the library faculty, and senior staff members with administrative authority, the Library Leadership Team discusses policies, reviews library services, evaluates strategies, and formulates objectives.

Prior to the arrival of Dean Carol G. Hixson, the meetings were known as Librarians' Meetings and generally included the Dean (or Director) of the Poynter Library and librarians. The growing emphasis of technology, the expansion of distance education courses and media services, the library-based responsibilities for technical services, and the need to understand the consequences of policies on public services led to the expansion of the leadership team during recent years. The renaming of this body to reflect these changes took place at the 17 August 2009 meeting.
