About This Journal

Since its creation in 1999, the Center for Conflict Management (CCM) of the National University of Rwanda (NUR) has been giving priority to academic and policy debate on peace and conflict issues in the Rwandan region. Research findings were published in the former Cahiers du CCM. In 2008, the Journal of African Conflicts and Peace Studies was created to disseminate CCM publications.
