Author Biography

Leslie Ritchie is Professor of English Language and Literature at Queen’s University, Canada. Her research concerns the intersections of eighteenth-century media and performance. She is the author of _David Garrick and the Mediation of Celebrity_ (Cambridge, 2019) and _Women Writing Music in Late Eighteenth-Century England_ (Ashgate, 2008; Routledge, 2011).
