Thank you to all the students who submitted for this year's Symposium! We received over 170 abstracts, which is by far the most we have ever received. Student will be notified of their acceptance by Friday, March 25th by email, so be on the lookout for more information soon! The following workshops are available for students presenting at the Symposium who wish to gain helpful tips and improve their presentation skills. Although these workshops are geared toward Symposium presenters, other undergraduate researchers are welcome to attend if they feel the information would be helpful.

UR and Pro-Copy have teamed up this year to provide poster presenters with a discounted price for this year's Symposium. The discounted price for a 36" x 48" poster is $35 plus a $3 rip fee, plus any incurred charges as described in this flyer. Students must submit their poster as a PDF to avoid a $15 conversion fee. Please review the flyer for other stipulations and the procedure for printing at Pro-Copy.
