Abstract
In this presentation, we describe the University of South Florida Tampa Library's open-access publishing program and the Scholar Commons service strategy. We include discussion of the current collection, planned title launches, staff reallocation/retooling, program costs, and future plans to incorporate data management in the OA process. Our overarching goal is to provide cost-effective open-access homes for endangered and emerging scholarship.
