Author Biography

Nicolle Jordan teaches and writes about British literature and culture of the long eighteenth-century, focusing on women's writing and the politics of landscape. She has published articles on Anne Finch, Lady Mary Wortley Montagu, Elizabeth Montagu, and Sarah Scott. Her book-in-progress is entitled Prolific Ground: Landscape and British Women's Writing, 1700-1825.
